Production time on this product is 4-12 weeks.
All of our items are custom-made, therefore we do NOT offer returns or refunds, with all sales being final.
We take precautions to prevent errors by providing mockups for custom designs and asking customers to review spelling, dates, and layouts. Additional charges may apply if errors are discovered after sign-off. We only replace or refund items if the error was made by us.
We ask customers to handle all our products with care as we do not provide free replacements for items that have been accidentally damaged by the client.
